• Senior Care International, LLS ("Senior Care International, or the "Company" or "We") is a company whose business is to CARE for the needs of SENIORS in the communities we serve.
• Senior Care International is the expert when it comes to care. We call all of our facilities "Senior Care Communities".
• Senior Care International is a Senior Care Services Company formed to pursue opportunities in the burgeoning senior industry including assisted living, skilled nursing, home health/home care and medical equipment services.

 Development and Management Team

Chairman: Shirley Yu. MSW, MBA

Shirley Yu graduated from National Taiwan University with a major in Social Work and Sociology. She came to United States in 1973 to pursue her master degree in Social Work.  She later graduated from University of Southern California with Master of Business Administration in 1997. Ms. Yu has over 33 year experience in health care Industry in the United States, focusing on senior sector since 1997.  Shirley established Kindness-Care Home Health and CareNet Medical, Inc. to deliver home health and home medical equipment. She also established CareNet Health System as a network organization to pull the different home care providers together in order to provide a one stop shop to service the seniors and the disabled patients at home. The services include transportation, pharmaceutical supplies, custodial care services, home remodeling on top of the standard home health and home medical equipment services. In 2004, Shirley Yu joined Senior Care Management, LLC and grew assisted living facilities from 4 communities to 20 communities with 2,000 beds. She left Senior Care Management, LLC in 2009 and joined Senior Care International to grow senior care business internationally. Shirley Yu is the CEO of Asian American Social Welfare Foundation, a nonprofit organization. The mission is to provide Asian Senior Program in main stream senior care communities and market the program to the Asian seniors. Currently the program is in two assisted living facilities in Park View Estate, Foundation Valley, Orange County and Walnut Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care, Walnut, Los Angeles County, and an adult independent living facility in San Gabriel, Los Angeles County.

 

 

SENIOR CARE MANAGEMENT:

Patricia Redner
Patricia Redner brings 20 years of senior care facility management experience as an administrator and marketer.
Lyn Reyes, RN Lyn is a tremendously kind and compassionate RN. She has been working in long term care facilities since 1990. She has clinical experience to care for patients and administrative experience to be in charge of the facilities.

 

MARKETING PERSONNEL:

Hsiu-Ming Wang Hsiu Min is a compassionate, efficient and experienced marketing specialist. She excels in marketing for assisted living facilities, home health and hospice program.
Johnny Chiang Johnny Double major in International business and marketing at Northeastern University, and Master at UC Irvine for innovation and entrepreneur. His expertise is in digital marketing. He is compassionate with senior living and seniors' wellbeing.

Kevin Yeh, CPA
Kevin is an expert in practicing CPA at Yeh and Associates in Rowland Heights.

 

DEVELOPMENT TEAM:

Irwin Partners Architects
In Irwin Partners Architects firms 44 year history it been involved with over 1,200 senior housing projects that range from 55+housing to skilled nursing. The services have included master planning, remodeling, additions, code compliance and general architectural services. They have received numerous awards and recognition for the innovation and creativity of these projects.

CONSULTING PHYSICIANS:

Hon Yu, MD - Internist Dr. Yu, a graduate of National Taiwan University School of Medicine. He is a US licensed and board certified internist for the past 40 years. He has a subspecialty in Infectious Diseases.
Genevieve Yu, MD - Psychiatrist
Dr. Yu, a graduate of UC San Francisco School of Medicine. Her specialty is psychiatry.
